The professionalism displayed by Paul and Tim was outstanding. They made what could have been an exhausting experience extremely pleasant. Jay Tejada and Mike Robinson were extremely nice and professional. At Eastern Motors they greet you at your car and make you feel special. They do whatever it takes to get you in a car that you love and professional. At Eastern Motors they greet you at your car and make you feel special. Jay Tejeda and Adrian Chavez are the bomb! I just picked up a 2011 Mercedes and they made a stressful process very easy and stress free. They took the time to not only sell me a car, but to show me how to i up a 2011 Mercedes and they made a stressful process very easy and stress free. They took the time to not only sell me a car, but to show me how to improve my credit score to qualify for a better interest rate. Most dealers I've been too never take this level of personal touch with their clients. I will be recommending this dealer and team to everyone I know as it was truly a pleasure! Thanks guys for going to bat for me and helping me along in the process! Easterns definitely needs to hold on to these guys. More

I came to the dealership with my wife. I just wanted to look at cars that were low in mileage and in price. When I explained the type of car I wanted they showed others that, honestly wasn't in my price ra look at cars that were low in mileage and in price. When I explained the type of car I wanted they showed others that, honestly wasn't in my price range. They didn't talk to me about the price of the car only the payments. I felt pressured at the dealership and that while they tried to seem nice they just were trying to get a sale rather then helping a customer make a great car decision. Since having the car I brought from this dealership I have had nothing but problems. The next day after my purchase I did go back to see if I could return the car which I couldn't. The car wasn't cleaned and I had to go back twice just for someone to clean crumbs out of the car which was there on day of purchase. My radio has continuously had issues(sometimes it work and sometimes it doesn't), starting my car takes forever(just found out it was a battery issue) and the panel where the heat controls are popped exposing wires(I made videos and took pictures of all these problems).One of the things I wanted in this car was Bluetooth, I was told by the sales person that this car had this feature which it clearly doesn't.(After getting all the problems checked out). I would NOT recommend Eastern Motors to anyone not even my enemies. Buying a car is a big purchase in which you as a customer want to feel like the car dealers have your best interest. I felt they throw cars on people not caring about customer needs and that to me is a terrible thing. More

My experience at Eastern Automotive Group of Hyattsville was awesome. Lenard my sales representative did an excellent job from showing me the vehicle to completing the paperwork. I was greated as soon as I parked, Larry did't rush us. He answered all my questions and asked allot of them.
