My GOODNESS WHO KNEW it would be so FAST with Great service! Well I can definitely say THIS WAS NOT our experience at Eastern Motors in Laurel MD. Eastern Motors of Laurel, MD is the most service oriented, efficient, "do whatever it takes to get you in the car" dealer I have EVER dealt with in my life. We walked in @ 8:30pm certain that we only wanted a test drive and we made that very clear. Our salesman, Mr. Floyd Whitlock was so kind and said "absolutely" with a smile. He was not attempting to sell us the car, or rather he didn't make us feel like he was trying to sell us the car. He simply showed us all of the cars features with excitement ... and before I knew I was excited. ... Oh and the price??? Oh my. I love my car and I love our new dealer Eastern motors. We walked in @ 8:30pm and the deal was done before 11pm. Thats unheard of....We hope to have a very long relationship with them to include the next 6 cars, college kid car, parents and neighbors. So if you are reading this....Just go there before you go to anyone else. You will be pleasantly surprised with their level of service... and I am not too easily pleased.
