I came in knowing I wanted an EV but not sure of which model would suit me. Yanna helped me narrow down my search and even taught me a few things that I didn’t know previously. The worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. It started with being told I had to purchase Lo Jack for the vehicle because it had already been installed. That was not true. I should have left and It started with being told I had to purchase Lo Jack for the vehicle because it had already been installed. That was not true. I should have left and not returned then. But I liked the car and it was a good deal. Now just over a month after the purchase I am being told I have to do my own title work with no explanation. I was told I would receive it in the mail only to be sent the previous owner's title and paperwork that I had already filled out for them. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. More
