Dishonest practices and methods. Firstly my sales professional did his job to assist with the leg work as best he could under the direction of his leadership. He first showed up at my home without notification and with a vehicle that I had not discussed an interest in. I refused to accept that vehicle. The following day I spoke with a manager and he apologized for that action taken by the sales professional. With that said the sales professional had previously told me that he was instructed to take those actions by his manager. Finally after settling on a vehicle that fit the terms of the loan and my satisfaction as well the manager again instructed the sales professional to pick me up at my home. Arriving at the dealership we discussed the terms of the loan and I noticed that the terms and prices had been changed from what we discussed before my arrival. I refused the terms and asked that I be taken back home because I was dissatisfied with the way the situation had developed. The manager stated that he was not going to be responsible for taking me home and I would have to find my own way home. Basically leaving me stranded. The manager then stated that after picking me up from my home it was not his responsibility to get me back there. He then asked how he could fix the situation to sell me the vehicle. At this point all trust for this dealership had been lost. I explained to him that the price of the vehicle needed to be lowered back to what we discussed and the added insurance fees needed to be removed. He calculated and rearranged a few numbers and finally I accepted the terms. Business ethics and practices are important and I would not recommend this location to anyone that I know because I would not want them to experience those types of practices. More
