I first met Gerard Louis who greeted me with a smile and actually listened to my situation and my needs. We looked at several vehicles and when I asked for his professional suggestion, he gave great options without trying to break my budget. He was very knowledgeable and maintained his professionalism throughout my visit. When I was introduced to Jesus Santos, he was eager to accommodate all of my needs and assured me that my situation would not hinder my purchase. He worked very diligently to make a deal and kept me informed the entire time. Jesus also offered extremely valuable information in regards to how the whole process worked. Both men were very patient with me, answering question, explaining uncertainties, and they did so with much grace and optimism. All in all, I came in asking for a lot with little to offer and Gerard and Jesus worked their magic to make sure that I left there satisfied.
