I keep passing this dealership many times and I finally read their online reviews. Since they have such great reviews, I decided to give them a visit. OMG I should have bought cars from them a long time ago! The process of buying a car was fast and painless!!! We were looking for a family SUV VW Tiguan and we decided to visit Eastern Laurel, MD. We were greeted by Jamar Royster and Vinny Vannavong. Jamar and Vinny were very friendly and respectful. Vinny Vannavong suggested that we look at the VW Tiguan that has AWD feature instead of the one that we saw on CARS.com that only has FWD. Vinny was right because we do get a lot of snow during the winter. It is safer to drive on the snow with the AWD. Jamar took us to look at the car, we test drove it and we loved it! Vinny Vannavong saw my capital one pre-approval letter & was concerned about the high interest rate, so we ran my credit again with a different bank and he was able to get a better rate for me! Thank you Vinny!!! My wife, daughter and I are very happy now that we have an AWD family SUV!!! We love it! We will be back again when my daughter turns 16 and needs a car! :-) Thank you Jamar, Carlos and Vinny! We really appreciate your help tonight! More
