Worst place ever!! I just bought a vehicle last weekend from this dealership, and I am so disgusted!!! They were not concerned with helping me save money, as they say I just bought a vehicle last weekend from this dealership, and I am so disgusted!!! They were not concerned with helping me save money, as they say "we are here to save you as much as possible", I walked out of there with two car payments, two insurance payments, 24% APR, and &3,200 down payment when they started off by telling me I wouldn't need one at all!! The price of everything went up continuously the entire 7 HOURS I was there!! I feel like I was so wore down and drained, I made the biggest mistake of my life by going to this dealership!!!! I would never ever recommend anyone go to this place!!! They are a rip off and are only concerned with their own paycheck and how much they can get over on you!!! The worst part is that I brought home my used "new" vehicle, it shook the whole way home from Laurel to Annapolis, ALL 4 tires are BAD, alignment was all off, and they gave me a swapped out old battery that is about to die!! I had to take it to a garage to find this out!! We messaged them to see what they are going to do to fix this, NO RESPONSE!!! Are you kidding me!!?? Another thing, they MADE me buy their 36,000/3 year warrenty from their dealership, FOR $1,700 and lied saying my loan provider would deny me if I did not take the warrenty, we called Capital One and they let me know that is absolutely NOT true!!! I could have purchased my own warrenty. When my husband kept asking for proof of all these different things they kept lying about, they would say they would show us proof and then disappear for another 45 min... Hoping we would forget??? I am aware you make a ton of money off your xxxxty warrenty, therefore the ONLY reason you forced me to buy it!!!!!!!!! Fix my xxxxty vehicle you just sold to me!!!! I have kids I drive around!!!! You are horrible freaking people!!!!! Don't go to this place!!!!!!! So many negative things happened, I am also forgetting to mention how the Internet price, which I found this vehicle online, stated one price and when they gave me the price, it was jacked up. Along with a lie of why it would be that way!!!! AND I waited for an hour just for them to send the wrong vehicle, and waited another hour for the vehicle I asked for to get transferred. When the vehicle finally came, it did NOT have all the options the description of the car stated on the Internet!!!!! It said Bluetooth, for example, via Internet. It came without, very basic in fact and when I said to the dealer there is no this and that, his answer was a free Aux cord... Apparently he thought that was Bluetooth!!! My xxx!!! He knew exactly what Bluetooth was, he just thought I was dumb and would fall for this xx!! The vehicle has 30k miles, already needs money put into it!!!! These people are a rip off!!!! I work so hard to support my family and defiantly did not need or deserve these people to rip me off so badly!!!!!!! More
