My 9.5 year old Subaru Outback needed an expensive repair and I just could not afford the cost. I had heard about Easterns Automotive and gave them a call; I was scheduled an appointment the same day at their Laurel MD location. Mr. Jason Barrows assisted me and after all was said and done, I had another Subaru – a 2011 Outback with less than 47k miles. I have never purchased a pre-owned vehicle before and Mr. Barrows, Mr. Jesus Santos, the location manager, and Ms. Aricia Pacheco, who handled all the official paperwork, made the entire experience a pleasant one. Pleasant and car purchase together?! It’s like mixing bananas and onions.
