I went to Eastern's looking to purchase a used Lincoln MKZ. It turned out the specific Lincoln we went there to look at which we thought was there had just been transferred to another location, bu Lincoln MKZ. It turned out the specific Lincoln we went there to look at which we thought was there had just been transferred to another location, but while we were there we found a newer model there on the lot that met all of our requirements and expectations of what we were looking for in the car. Exterior color, interior color, low miles, navigation, everything. The price was a little bit higher than what we originally wanted to spend, but the car was just what we wanted. Working with Jason and Jesus was wonderful. They were able to make everything work down to a good interest rate and affordable monthly payments. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking to purchase a car. He was even nice enough to come down to my home to close the deal and personally delivered the car right into my driveway! My experience with easterns was amazing! Everyone there i had contact with was very nice and welcoming. This was my first time purchasing a car and Jason made it very pleasent and easy. Leon was very friendly and welcoming from the start. As we entered the dealership driveway, he was standing by and directed us to a parking space with a smile on his face. He took us in the dealership and we entered the dealership driveway, he was standing by and directed us to a parking space with a smile on his face. He took us in the dealership and offered us seats and said "welcome to Easterns and how can I help you" ,again with a smile on his face. We explained what we were looking for. Actually, it was a birthday gift for our daughter. The vehicle was present at the site, we looked at the two that was present, but my daughter wanted a different color. Leon said that he knew there were others at a different location, but he was not too sure of the color my daughter wanted. He got his manager Chester who also greeted us with a smile and welcome us to Eastern. He said that there was another color at the other site 45mins away. He will make it possible for the vehicle to be brought to that location in order for us to see and test drive. If we liked it, he would make it possible for us to purchase the vehicle. Leon was very patient with us, especially my daughter who could not make up her mind. Leon completed the application process very timely which impressed my husband. Leon offered us drinks and snacks while we waited and made the whole experience very comfortable and less stressful for us. After a short time, I was called over to the desk and was surprised to learn that I was about to sign a few papers and test drive the car of my dreams -- a gently used 2010 Toyota Prius! As a freelance musician, I am always on the highways from gig to gig. This car is just large enough for our family, gets great gas mileage, is smart, efficient, and safe!
