An offer was accepted over the phone by the dealership. I drove an hour or so to Laurel to look at the car. After jumping through all the hoops, they declined the original offer. Waste of time! More

There is an item on my car (2008 Elantra) that doesn't work but I have been paying for at nearly 20% interest. The salesman (Kevin) and operations person (Chester) are both aware of this. I have had the car into the many times and nothing is ever done. Additionally I was quoted one downpayment and then after signing the papers it was 'oops we need another $500. Other small and large issues too numerous to mention in this forum

My car was sold with a sunroof--an option I am paying for. The sunroof doesn't work and the glass in the roof of the car makes a huge sound whenever the car is driven. I was promised this would be fixed and has not been.
