After a challenging start due some miscommunication by Dominic, our experience was one not to be compared to any other car buying experience. Floyd did his magic and made it happen. I must say, i have my reservations when coming to car salesmen, but Floyd was different. He positive energy kept me and my teenager not wanting to give up. He made us believe again.
