My family and I new yorkers that we are have been vehichle hunting for the longest. I hate writing a bad review, but given the circumstances.... During the purchase phase - I dealt with Tony & Sergio and they were great. Once the "7 day" return window was over, I couldn't ge circumstances.... During the purchase phase - I dealt with Tony & Sergio and they were great. Once the "7 day" return window was over, I couldn't get any response from either of them. Issue #1 - Vehicle was missing a part and was told to come in to have it installed. When I arrived I was told it was on order and should be in in a couple of days. After constantly following up to find out what the status was and getting ZERO response, I took it into an Acura dealer and had it installed. Issue #2 - Temp plates expired on 4.9.21 - After leaving numerous voice mails, again with ZERO response, I ended up ordering my title and plates directly from MVA. So glad I paid the fee to have Eastern do it and it wasn't done. I'm happy with my vehicle, but they fact that 2 small issues, 1 that's pretty important, was ignored by Easterns is reason enough for me not to return or recommend to anyone unless they're prepared to take care of items/issues on their own. I found it interesting that Sergio was blowing me up to give him a review before the 7 day trial period was up....Now I know why. Disappointing... More

This was my first experience with Easterns. I just purchased a truck. Looked on line to review inventory. When I went to the dealership, the truck I was interested in was at another location. After looking at the vehicle and deciding I wanted to purchase it, Floyd Whitlock (Sales Consultant) assisted me with all the details. Within and hour, I was done. Floyd went through information on the truck to make sure I understood everything. Since I had driven there, Floyd followed me home with my vehicle to save me the trip. This was, by far, the best experience I had purchasing a vehicle. Easterns will be my first stop in the future. More
