Francis Koroma is an amazing sales person! My mom and I came just to browse for cars after having a very poor time at a Honda Dealership (they treated my mom horribly). We were greeted by Francis right when we walked in the garage and asked us what we were looking for. After we talked to him helped my mom look at the different cars. We talked to him and told him about what has happened at the other dealership and how my mom wanted a nice car and this was her first time not buying a car from a Honda dealership (she’s bought her last 2 cars there) and let me tell you this place was AMAZING. Francis is super friendly, so helpful and had us laughing and enjoying our time here. After getting some financial stuff done Vinny (i think his name is) helped my mom choose a car showing her an Acura and she fell IN LOVE with this car. And they helped her every step of the way to make sure she had everything she needed to make this purchase successful. We came just to look at cars we didn’t even think that she would be leaving in a new car! Everyone in this location are so friendly. We really enjoyed how easy they made this transaction. I’m really thankful for this group of people working here who were able to help my mom purchase a car that she really liked and that wasn’t even a car she would have ever considered! More
