I dropped my car off over 60 days ago and the engine has a warranty they diagnosed the car and said it’s an internal problem with the camshaft and contact the warranty company which they knew was lkq. Upon a warranty they diagnosed the car and said it’s an internal problem with the camshaft and contact the warranty company which they knew was lkq. Upon contacting them they wait 30 days to tell me that the warranty won’t pay for labor but they will send the parts I agree to pay for labor and they stop answering my calls. 30 days later I receive a text stating the parts manager said they don’t work with Lkq and it would cost 520 for 4 hours of diagnosis to start even tho they have diagnosed the car even tho they have called lkq over a month ago. This is the most xxxxxxxx I’ve ever dealt with from a dealership. They refused to answer the phone and have only texted back More

Service for 2016 Jeep Wrangler I made an appointment two weeks ago for today as I had been in and was told today was the first appointment I could get for service. When I arrived to I made an appointment two weeks ago for today as I had been in and was told today was the first appointment I could get for service. When I arrived today I explained I made the appointment for the issue on the service notice and the issue I had been having with the Jeep. Jamie was quite rude and persistent I sign a form to get in and out to get it checked. I asked to be notified prior to service. I was never told of any fees or amounts. When he called he said I needed other repairs in addition to the initial. I said I would have to discuss it with my husband and let him know. When I went to pick it up he was rude and said I refused service and there was $110.00 fee that was never discussed. I will never do service with Eastgate just because of Jamie and his rude service today. More

Great to work with I've had my car in for a repair twice in the last two weeks, which hasn't been fun. But the people in the service department are great to work with. In particular, Lorrine has been fantastic in helping me get into a loaner car. The process was difficult, which was completely my fault, and she has been so patient, helpful and friendly. And of course Bob, the courtesy driver, is a great character, too. I bought my car at a different Dodge dealer in town, one that seems quite a bit bigger and more popular. But the service at that dealership is a nightmare. Eastgate has always treated me well. I'll always go back. When it's time for a new car, even though I don't know if I'll be looking for a Chrysler, they'll still be my first stop. More
