I had my tires balanced and rotated at a prior appointment, I had to bring my truck back in to get the tires rebalanced due to excessive shaking. Nate was great to work with and another employee who worked after hours picked up a huge duffle bag, a Yeti backpack cooler and a box that he noticed I. The parking lot. It was mine!! I thought it got put in my jeep when I transferred vehicles. He picked it up and called it in so when I called and asked about it Nate knew to tell me it was there. My husband picked it all up 2 days later. That is HONEST, and I appreciate that employee VERY VERY much. I’ll be back, when we’re ready to by a new jeep!
