Oil change was fine but greasy fingerprints were left on my dash from checking the cabin filter. I didn’t notice this until I was on the road heading home. I had to clean this up when I got home. Secund appointment in a row that took over 2 hours for an oil change, poor communication regarding the delay. The technician on the previous visit lost the wheel lock to undue lug nuts.
