Jeep was in for a routine oil change. I didn't hear from the service center, so after 5 hours I called them to find out what was going on. Oil changes are getting more expensive every year of course.... but, There is something to be said for being able to get my car serviced within an hour of arriving. I tried my regular dealer and could course.... but, There is something to be said for being able to get my car serviced within an hour of arriving. I tried my regular dealer and could not get in for over a week and I had a couple of long drives ahead, so having E C Chrysler Express Lane to get the job done right and fast is great for me. I have 225,000 miles on my original brakes and wanted to verify the fact that I have thousands of miles to go before the pads wear enough to change 8mm front 5mm rear. OK for now. Thanks. More

We bought our Jeep in 2021. We recently moved to Wisconsin and needed a new dealer. We bought an extended warranty. When we brought the Jeep in for service we mentioned the warranty. They said we needed to get a copy from the other dealer. We were able to do that finally, but when I told the service technician he said there is nothing they can do to help us because the service was all ready done. I had not even paid for it yet. couldn't they have gotten it approved before I paid? It is not like the service did not need to be done. Why did they not mention I needed it approved before they did the service. They did the expensive service and got $2500 from us. I feel like they just wanted the money not a forever customer. I am trying to get ahold of the warranty company but the phone number is not working. I am very frustrated. We had two services done on the Jeep. They told me my husband did not pay for the first service so I repaid the $608 to only find out when I got home that my husband did pay for it. I had to spend more time making phone calls to get that fixed. I am less than impressed with the customer service. That being said, I did get a call from Caleb and he was nice and tried to help. He said my next oil change would be free and they would detail my car. I appreciate the call, but still we are out thousands of dollars in repairs that should be under warranty. A warranty that I paid thousands of dollars to have. I would rather have the warranty go through rather than one oil change. More
