I was driving through the lot and saw a 2011 F350 that had just been traded in. I stopped and talked to Jack about the asking price and took the truck for a drive. The next morning - Jack called for a follow up call and I told him I was interested and where I would need to be to trade. Between Jack and Josh, the deal was done to my satisfaction and I traded that afternoon. I was very pleased with the negotiation process and how quickly the truck was cleaned and ready for pickup. Bought a new 2011 fusion from EauFord. One of reason's is I bought a Tarus a year ago and have really been impressed by there service department and friendly. He was very friendly and answered every question we had. He and Jason from finance stayed after hours on a Friday night to get us what we wanted. Our 9 yr old son loved the new 2012 Shelby (unfortunetly that is a bit out of our leage) but Dale knowing that he was keeping his eye on that car, went right over there and let him sit in it and even started it up for him so he could here what it sounded like. We had just purchased new tires for our other car and we asked them to switch them out for us and they did no questions asked. I would definitely go back there again and buy another car, as long as it is a Chevy or GMC of course! :) I LOVE my Acadia!!!!! More
