THIS DEALERSHIP IS A NIGHTMARE I went to this dealership to lease a new FORD so I would have no concerns and have a safe, reliable car, however it was nothing but a nightmare. After I went to this dealership to lease a new FORD so I would have no concerns and have a safe, reliable car, however it was nothing but a nightmare. After 1 month of dealing with this car the car started jerking, hesitating, rolling back at any incline and leaking from the sun roof. Ford looked at it multiple times where they told me there was nothing they could do. At one point they told me the gutters were clogged only after having the car 6 months and said I had to pay to get them cleaned out. I never heard of this but since then my car has leaked. I have mold in the ceiling all the vents are dry rotted and after a hot day when the windows are up the car is moist inside and smells like a dirty shoe. The car is still jerking and hesitating and Ford now denies me a rental car and told me they can look at it but do nothing. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to ANYONE! This dealership is horrible in customer service, they get you into a car then forget you. I have 10 more months on my lease and have to deal with this xxxx until then! BUYER BEWARE stay clear from ECHELON FORD!!!! More
