We are in lower Cape May County so we were looking at an approximate hour drive and fast food dinner on the road. Fast forward to the smooth and easy purchase of our brand new 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. From the minute Julie Thompson walked up to us, sat us down until the financing and finalization of our purchase, I was truly amazed at the professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and true concern for our family's needs in purchasing a vehicle. Although the dealership closed at 9pm and it was close to 10pm, there was not one sign of any annoyance that anyone had to stay late. The friendliness and professionalism of Julie as well as the finance team was beyond amazing. In comparing the Rav to Escape, never once did Julie down Toyota, but in a very professional way, gave the attributes of the Escape and continually "worked with us to help us finally make the decision and payments that we could live with. Julie Thompson was the right salesperson for Lynn, they connected immediately. Lynn is not one to make quick decisions, but Julie never pressured, always there, answering phone calls, doing test drives late at night.
