We are in lower Cape May County so we were looking at an approximate hour drive and fast food dinner on the road. Fast forward to the smooth and easy purchase of our brand new 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. From the minute Julie Thompson walked up to us, sat us down until the financing and finalization of our purchase, I was truly amazed at the professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and true concern for our family's needs in purchasing a vehicle. Although the dealership closed at 9pm and it was close to 10pm, there was not one sign of any annoyance that anyone had to stay late. The friendliness and professionalism of Julie as well as the finance team was beyond amazing. The deal they ha We came to Echelon Ford as our last option to purchase our new Ford Explorer Sport before finalizing a deal with another dealership. The deal they had offered was pretty good, and had to be negotiated to get it so going to another dealership seemed a waste of time to me but we went anyway. I'm glad we did. Not only did Julie Thompson, our salesperson, make my wife, daughter and I feel very comfortable at the dealership she went above and beyond to please us and get us a better deal than I was going to take at the other dealership. As they say "It pays to shop" and in this case it paid off big for us. We're very pleased with our new SUV as well as Julie, and will be back in the future for our new car needs. Big shout out to the guys in the finance department too for saving us thousands in finance rates, they worked hard to get me a better rate than I originally had.
