Experience was excellent, sales process was simple and strait forward, Everyone one I called was plesant and helpful. The deliver experience at the dealship was five stars. BUT, I bought the car online strait forward, Everyone one I called was plesant and helpful. The deliver experience at the dealship was five stars. BUT, I bought the car online which was simple and easy, BUT, I was expecting two key fobs and it was not disclosed that there was only one. A key fob on my car is $1500 plus $250 programing fee. Ouch. AND, there was no empathy for what I thought was a standard expectation, and I now need to pay up for a new key fob. Ugh. Other than that, all good and highly recommend. More
