Problematic customer service. I had an issue arise 5 days after purchasing and reached out to the customer service department. No response. I've called twice a day for 3 days a I had an issue arise 5 days after purchasing and reached out to the customer service department. No response. I've called twice a day for 3 days and left messages. Today I called and talk to sales and told them my problem and they promised to inform management and call me back directly. So far, no response.
