I had a great experience selling my car to EchoPark. I dealt with Russ Reynolds in St. Pete, FL, and he was very responsive and professional. I had received 5 quotes from dealers in the area, and EchoPa I dealt with Russ Reynolds in St. Pete, FL, and he was very responsive and professional. I had received 5 quotes from dealers in the area, and EchoPark beat them by far! The process was a little longer than expected because it was a lease, but it was worth it. Russ kept us updated along the way, even though he was super busy. The only comment I would make is on the communication between Russ and the Atlanta office. I had rescheduled with someone in Atlanta, but they never told Russ. Thankfully, Russ is very thorough and had contacted me directly to confirm our appointment. That's when he found out about the reschedule. I happened to talk to someone in the waiting area who had the same issue with Atlanta not letting Russ know about an appointment. So, my advice is to deal directly with the person at the location you will be going to. It doesn't sound like Atlanta has good communication with the locations. More
