I got my dream car with Carbiz I found Carbiz when I searched for mini cooper online and I found from the review it is a big and good name deanship. I did not regret the purchase experience with this dealer. I drove all the way from Delaware and went there twice simply because It has many good cars to choose from, and the price is reasonable. The staff, dealers are quite nice too. The mini cooper I got is pretty new, maintained well and I got many compliments form friends. Though I was unlucky to find a nail in my tyre two days after the purchase and got the tail light and one fog lights out a week later, the dealer offered to pay for the new bulbs and the service in Delaware, which is helpful. The car I got is a good price with one-year car biz warranty. The only complaint is that I hope the dealer charges a bit less for the processing fee (199 vs. 299). Overall, I enjoyed the service and I like the car I got from Carbiz. More

Carbiz showed up with 3 of the 15 vehicles I was looking for, so I contacted them. Made the appointment on Tuesday for Saturday, went out Saturday, and bought the car. It took kinda longish for a no haggle sale (I just went in, said sure, you have great price, and I'll take it) but not too long. Everything else was great. Highly recommend stopping in and giving them a look see, It was a pleasant experience. More

Didn't expect it but it happened I walked in thinking I would leave the same way I came. I was delighted to see the people there were so focused on customer service and I didn't feel I walked in thinking I would leave the same way I came. I was delighted to see the people there were so focused on customer service and I didn't feel like I was in a mental battle to protect my pockets. I left with what smelled and looked like a brand new car. They even washed my car in the freezing cold. My payments started at $381 but by some magic they got it down to $330 something which gave me room to purchase the extended warranty to put my payments at $359. Not bad at all considering I left without putting anything on the car. They even threw in an extra set of keys.... like the complete set ( :( I lost of of them DX ) Even after the purchase they kept following up with me to make sure I was ok. I love what they did for me on Valentines Day. I hope everyone gets the same experience I did. Thanks Jason and Russ More
