When I was ready to talk with someone, the front desk paged a Sales person for me. I worked with Nima to find the car that would work best for my needs. He negotiated a fair price that I could afford and was very polite and laid-back. When the financing paperwork was ready, Russ reviewed every document and explained them thoroughly. He was very patient and answered my questions. Not one part of the experience felt "shady". I highly recommend them. It was a good experience. More

Got the deal done quickly I drove in with a car that had issues and I wanted a car that night! I had a car description from the internet and I was skeptical that the internet information was correct or that the car would even be in their inventory. My expectations were to go to look, test drive and start the buying process. It was after 7 pm when I arrived at the dealership, so I assumed this would be a two day process since they close at 9. We were greeted , my internet choice car was on the lot, I did the test drive, my car was appraised, we started the paperwork and we got the deal done that night! Easiest car buying experience Carbiz was the first and only dealership I went to because they had a couple of each type of car in which I was interested. I was greeted by their friendly receptionist who promptly paged a sales representative for me. I test drove three vehicles. I was not pressured to choose one over the other. Stuart was very polite, asked me what I thought of each car but wasn't pushy at all. He was knowledgeable about each vehicle as well. I liked that the mileage was low on all the vehicles and the prices were in line. After making my decision, the financing department was very friendly and informative. I was able to get a great rate. Myron explained every piece of paper I signed and answered all my questions thoroughly. If I were in the market for another vehicle, I would definitely go back to Carbiz. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!! I had been to several dealerships in the last 2 months looking for the perfect car. I found one online at Carbiz that was more than perfect. The price was right the mileage was low and the car was beautiful. I was skeptical about going to yet another car dealership as I didn't believe the car I found online was still available or that it actually had what the online information stated. I went to the dealership and Nima immediately welcomed me. Nima was able to provide additional information about the vehicle. The car was just as the online information stated and it was still available so I purchased it. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was actually enjoyable I didn't walk away feeling as though I had just signed my life away. Myron the finance guy was friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership is very nice and the people are friendly. I didn't feel pressured and it was an enjoyable experience. I drove to the dealership but it is accessible via a bus line. Great Experience! I searched all over the Baltimore metro area for a good deal on a pre-owned BMW and located one I was interested in at Carbiz. Once arriving at the dealership I found the staff to be accommodating without being pushy and the overall "vibe" of the place to be updated and hip. Definitely not your typical used car dealership cube farm/fluorescent light setup. The associate who helped me (Nima) was great. Once I decided to purchase the car, Nima was able to assist me on getting me a great deal on my trade and a number I was comfortable with. The rate they were able to get me on financing was a point lower than offered by my credit union and 2.3% less than a competing dealership (on the exact same model/year car) who told me Carbiz was "lying to me". The only hiccup to the whole experience was that my car battery died a week after taking delivery of the car. Although this was not covered under the warranty, they didn't blink at refunding me what I paid to have the battery replaced. I consider this going over and above and my next car purchase will be from Carbiz. More
