A positive used car buying experience Last Saturday my wife and I drove an hour and a half to the northern Baltimore suburbs to take advantage of advertised prices on a specific make and m Last Saturday my wife and I drove an hour and a half to the northern Baltimore suburbs to take advantage of advertised prices on a specific make and model vehicle. Our first stop was at Carbiz where Katie, who had kept me informed via email over the last week on pricing and availability of the cars. She showed us the car and rapidly gave us their best pricing in writing with no costs beyond those shown online. We looked at 3 other cars at 3 other dealers and had quite different experiences. The cars weren't cleaned or detailed, additional costs were added, and higher pressure was applied. Later that day we returned to Carbiz and while Katie was busy, Raymond took care of us with a test drive and answered all of our questions. This car ended up with out the door pricing lower than those with "internet pricing" which seemed thousands less. Then Myron stayed late and handled the financing paperwork quickly allowing us to meet our goal of driving home in the quality new car. I will recommend Carbiz to friends and will probably return when we need another good used car. Brian M. More

They Help I called carbiz after finding the vehicle I wanted online. The car fax listed the vehicle was sold at auction (very good vehicle nonetheless). Because I called carbiz after finding the vehicle I wanted online. The car fax listed the vehicle was sold at auction (very good vehicle nonetheless). Because of the purchase method I asked if they would lover the price by a small margin to help finance. However I was "told" they do not negotiate price and they didn't! Other than the negotiation process for the price of the vehicle I was very satisfied. In their favor the asking price was near the kbb (I just know they cost they paid was not near kbb and I hoped they would have adjusted). In spite of the slight price disagreement they put me in a very nice, 1 owner vehicle that I do enjoy. More
