He was on time, courteous, and kind. He worked hard to process all my paperwork in a timely fashion and presented me with a clean and beautiful car. Martin was very patience and a great salesman...as I hooped from car-to-car around the parking lot. As soon as I saw the car, I knew it was the 'one'. Once the decision was made and we went through the sales process, I began working with Myron - this guy has a great personally and is very knowledgeable about vehicle financing, warranties and etc. Even after the sale, I received several calls from Martin making sure that all was okay. He even provided advice on how to setup some of the equipment in the car. Just recently I returned to Carbiz for assistance with setting up the Bluetooth and received excellent service from the repair technician...my phone is now linked to the car. Thank you...all of you provided excellent service and for putting up with my Shih Tzu. More

Experience was fine. I had been looking at lots of Mercedes GLK online and looked at a few in person with no luck. We were on our way home from looking at one that was total garbage and decided to pop in to Carbiz since it was on the way. I hadn't yet test drove one so I figured what the heck. Loved the car but not so much the mileage. It was higher than I wanted to go for the price. But when we got back and got the tour of the facilities, I was on the fence. The cars here are gorgeous and they do all the work on site. It's quite an operation. I wasn't aware of the "no haggle" policy here. I'm generally the kind of gal that will bargain so I was a little disappointed. The car was also missing floor mats, the owners manual and a vent in the back was broken off. I was allowed to keep my old mats but was told I would have to buy the vent. Really, you couldn't replace a vent?? Long story short, we bought the car. Ray was professional and courteous. He moved us through the process as quickly as he could. We then met with the finance guy Myron who was also friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail and talked my husband into buying the extras. One bit of advice for Myron though-dial down the cheesy one liners! :) More

Very easy I did some research on line for a used car. I found a nice 2012 Volvo S60 at Carbiz at a very good price.
