That in a nut shell is why I gave them such high remarks and they are well deserving of it. I went to carbiz with a car already in mind. Matt from the VERY beginning made it a easy and simple transaction. Carbiz really was the quickest car buying experience I have had thus far, and if im still living in the area in the future I will be buying my next car from here. First with Matt, he was personable and approachable when i first met him. You might have this feeling of a slimy cars sales guy when u walk into a regular car dealership but not here. I walked in knowing what i wanted, and he ran with that, he didnt try to talk me into anything else( i know sales and sometimes ppl will do ANYTHING to get you to close the deal) Danielle also was a sweetheart and went with me on my 2nd test drive as it had been a few days since the first one and also was warm and inviting and has a KILLER SMILE.At the end, Matt and Myron, got me the bank I wanted because I ONLY wanted a credit union. And got me in the SAME MONTHLY PAYMENT I was paying before with NO MONEY DOWN (A true miracle) . Last but certainly not least was Myron a very cool dude, that told me about his personal story as well, he made the deal very easy, and broke everything down and set my expectations of when I would be receiving everything. A last surprise I didnt know was that GAP and a 3 yr warranty was included in the price so I thought that was more then fair! At the end of the day EXPERIENCE and PEOPLE SKILLS are EVERYTHING, and you guys knocked it out of the park. ***As a final note my windshield washer fluid light was on and it turned out to be the sensor and of course they are taking care of it, and Matt called me the day I picked up my car and explained that it was slow to start so they replaced and put a BRAND NEW BATTERY in for me!! Going the extra mile in cases like these is KEY! Thanks so much guys! More

Right On Time!! Recently I encountered problems with my current vehicle and needed to unexpectedly purchase a new one! As we all know buying a car can be a frustrati Recently I encountered problems with my current vehicle and needed to unexpectedly purchase a new one! As we all know buying a car can be a frustrating experience that may require lots of time and effort; however I am delighted to say that my recent experience at Carbiz was the complete opposite! I first researched the vehicle that I was interested in on-line, which I must say provided extremely vivid pictures as well as a detailed description of the cars unique features. At that point I expressed interest and almost immediately someone from the internet sales department, by the name of Sam reached out to me to offer additional information about the car and a potential meeting time to actually test drive and see the vehicle firsthand. In turn, Carbiz was very accommodating and attentive to my requests, the price was right, and the process was pleasant and swift. Ultimately I was driving off in my new "used" car by the end of the evening smiling from ear to ear thinking, "This experience was truly too good to be true!" I almost can't wait until its time to for me or someone I know to purchase a vehicle again because Carbiz will definitely be the first and last stop!! I am truly your new No#1 Fan, thanks Carbiz!!
