Hands down, the best car buying experience I ever experience Because my last 3 car buying experiences were nightmares, i waited over 4 years before i could get up the nerve to even think about setting foot in an Because my last 3 car buying experiences were nightmares, i waited over 4 years before i could get up the nerve to even think about setting foot in another car dealership, and since my credit wasn't great and i had very little to put down, i figured i was in for xxxx when my current car broke down. So i decided to look first on-line, Carbiz had the best and widest selection of vehicles of any dealership in my area. So i decided to go ahead and take a chance an I filled out my application on-line, and with-in 3 minutes, i had received a phone call from Mathew Pollock. Matt invited me in the next day, which i came in and met Danielle Miller who went over some paper work, which took all of 15 minutes, she answered all my questions forth-right and i was suprisingly pleased at how it went with her. Not what i was expecting, not the car salesmen crap i was use to in the past. Not the hour wait i was use to in the past. Because my credit wasn't the best, nor did i have a co-signer, or a trade, i figured my chances was very slim, and so i never got my hopes up too high that i would drive away with a car. But then the next day, Danielle called me again, i came in and she explained that the car i wanted i could not get approved for because of the mileage/age, but Danielle did offer me choices which i appreciated and i ended up with a vehicle much better and newer then i was expecting with my credit. I signed the paperwork that day, i was in and driving my new car within 35 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE!!! The car buying experience at Carbiz was exceptional, easy, stressless and quick, at no time did i fell pressured to buy something or made to feel unimportant because of my credit. In Fact, my credit was never an issue at all. Danielle was always concerned about my comfort level in the vehicle and overall car buying experience. My experience was very good but I would have liked a little bit more information and help understanding the vehicle I purchased. It only came with one key and no owner’s manual in which Mr. Sarris was very helpful in ordering for me. I really appreciated that. The floor mats are not the mats that came with the vehicle but some were provided to match the interior of my truck. If you have bad credit and financing is what would hold you back let me tell you that Carbiz will and can find a way. Overall I would say that Carbiz is a place to highly consider when buying a vehicle. More
