I have been searching for a Subaru Forester for quite some time now and came across one that was available at Carbiz in Baltimore that was listed at a great price and did end up buying. Carbiz was my first stop for shopping for my vehicle. They had an exceptional inventory and I could tell the vehicles were hand picked as if they were the actual buyer. I met Ray on Wednesday and he was so kind and helpful in allowing me to test drive the two vehicles I was interested in - a Range Rover and a Mercedes ML350. He was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed to hear. I told him I was interested and would be back on Saturday to make a purchase. He linked me up with Josh, since he would be out of town. When returning on Saturday, Josh was just as great as Ray. He gave his knowledge and experience to help me make my final choice on an ML350. He gave me his individual attention and did everything he could to make the process as seamless as possible. He then handed me over to Russ to sign the financial documents. Russ was very patient in explaining the details of the loan. Overall, all the staff were very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and never pushy, like a lot of salespeople tend to be. I was very thankful for their approach to selling vehicles and how they treat clients. I cannot say enough positive things about them and will refer every one I know. More

I totally recommend this dealership. Everyone (Dani, Rus, and Myron) was great and friendly, including the receptionist. The whole process didn't take long at all.
