I came to Carbiz because I wanted to test drive a car that I found on the Web. After the test driving a sports model I decided that it would be a bad choice. Miro found a couple of possibilities for me I that I found on the Web. After the test driving a sports model I decided that it would be a bad choice. Miro found a couple of possibilities for me I choose to test drive the Lexus. It was everything that I wanted in a car. I didn't want a black, white or grey car. I wanted AWD, a navigation system and either a 2009 or 2010. It was a week between first driving the vehicle and actual purchase while I was thinking about if this was the best choice for me, and how I wanted to finance it. Miro was very helpful and didn't put a lot of pressure on me to make a decision in a hurry. He made every effort to help me make to best decision for me and got me better financing than MECU had offered me. The car is marvelous and my mechanics were amazed by how clean it was. Hi, when judging car dealerships we see newspapers, t.v.'s, people on the street and family/friends. Now knowing all this I went to three other dealerships and It felt like i was talking English and t t.v.'s, people on the street and family/friends. Now knowing all this I went to three other dealerships and It felt like i was talking English and they were talking French "WE, WE". Well not to down play anybody but Carbiz Looked more into helping me then telling me that "MY JOB IS MY CREDIT". When visiting Carbiz, everybody was oh so friendly, helpful and they even were able to get me to work at a reasonable time...even the tan POODLE that asked for water by touching the water cooler. I did not sit all day waiting. Look my credit was bad (because of a bankruptcy) and I wanted a convertible Mustang. I was told that I couldn't get the Mustang right now but later maybe. So I was told what I had in workable financing and I explained where my payment range is. When I walked out to the car I was so happy. But not even that, when i got to work co-workers where trying to get in. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH CARBIZ...NEXT TIME I COME IN I HOPE TO SEE RAY RICE AND JUST GET A PICTURE WITH HIM AND THE GENERAL MANAGER. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!!! More

We have never used a large internet dealership before, but we saw this crossover on it and liked the price and mileage. So we called about it and went to Car Biz. They had prepared it and had it in thei but we saw this crossover on it and liked the price and mileage. So we called about it and went to Car Biz. They had prepared it and had it in their showroom. It was a very busy time, but Kyle Ramsden kept coming over to us and got us the keys in between meeting with another customer. That gave us time to look it over. It was in great shape. Kyle went with us on a test drive. When we got back to the dealer, we decided to buy it. Kyle was very professional and helped us with arranging the financing. Then we were sent to the financing guy to sign all the paperwork. Kyle stayed around and walked us to our "new" car. We enjoyed dealing with Kyle and the whole Car Biz staff and would recommend them to our friends. More
