Ray was great to work with to buy my Chevy Equinox. He was very up front and friendly and answered all questions in detail even over the phone. When we picked up the car and the blinker light had not been replaced, he immediately took it back to the shop to have it fixed and we were ready to go in 20 minutes. The bodywork done on a dent and key scratches on the doors was done well and the dent is no longer noticeable. The only reason I gave the overall experience a 4 instead of a 5 was as I have been driving and organizing the car I have found that the detailing was not done very well. I have found earrings and McDonald's Happy meal toys still under/ in seat crevices, and the seats themselves were never cleaned. It just looks like the seats and carpets were vacuumed over. When we picked up the car I thought they might be stains that could not have been removed but it only took me 30 minutes to get them out myself. Overall I would recommend Carbiz and particularly Ray to others who are looking for a car. More

EACH AND EVERY MORNING, FOR WEEKS I WOKE UP STALKING MY ACURA TL ON THE CARBIZ WEBSITE TO MAKE SURE IT WAS STILL THERE. I WALKED INTO THE DEALERSHIP WITH THE PICTURE ON MY PHONE, WENT STRAIGHT TO THE FIR ACURA TL ON THE CARBIZ WEBSITE TO MAKE SURE IT WAS STILL THERE. I WALKED INTO THE DEALERSHIP WITH THE PICTURE ON MY PHONE, WENT STRAIGHT TO THE FIRST SALES ASSOCIATE I SAW (STUART CUSHING), SHOWED HIM THE PICTURE AND ASKED IF IT WAS STILL AVAILABLE. STUART THEN GRABBED KEYS AND PULLED MY DREAM CAR TO THE FRONT OF THE DEALERSHIP. I INSTANTLY FELL DEEPER IN LOVE. WHILE ENDURING MY OUTRAGEOUS BRATTY ATTITUDE, AND FULFILLING MY RIDICULOUS REQUEST. WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM THE SALES MANAGER (BRIAN SCHRIVER), STUART WAS ABLE TO THROW A DEAL ON THE TABLE THAT I REFUSED TO WALK AWAY FROM. IM A VERY DIFFICULT WOMAN AND IM A CHALLENGE TO PLEASE, BUT STUART OVERCAME EVERY OBSTACLE I THREW AT HIM WITH EASE, WHILE MAINTAINING A SMILE ON HIS FACE. WHEN IT CAME TO THE PAPERWORK (MYRON BOYD), THE FINANCE MANAGER MADE SIGNING MY LIFE AWAY PAIN FREE. HE KEPT ME LAUGHING THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH AND HE EVEN GAVE TIPS ON HOW TO BUILD MY CREDIT. Car was great!! Fred was Great!! Weather sucked!!! I had a good experience with this company. The bad part was I live in NY and there was a HUGE storm headed to MD the day I was coming there. If the dealer was able to accommodate me in staying open a little past closing time, I could have avoided the 12 hrs it took me to get home and the $150 I spent in the hotel!! No compensation was offered. But I guess some people just dont care when you do that volume and high end cars that sell to NFL players. More

I just don't see his picture among the other ones. Well anyway this gentleman was very helpful he explained everything in simple terms so that I could understand my paperwork. He also explained some good things that i should consider on getting later down the road to assure that i get the best service for my car. he didn't try and force me to get something that i couldn't afford. I can't say enough about Javier this is one man that really was looking out for me. He found out things that i didn't know about that made me qualify for a car that i thought i would never be qualified for. I had a car that was by far in the best condition and needed major repairs but he was able to take that car off my hands and put me into something i could ride around in with comfort. I told everybody who wanted to listen about my experience at carbiz now I have a cousin and a coworker that's thinking about going to there. and I told them to ask for Javier. I purchased my passat from Bermans and that's one unprofessional cardealer i would never in my life go to again, Those people had me thinking i was getting a car of my dreams and let me drive off the lot with it without being approved for it for a whole week. and the longer i had it the more i was becoming uncomfortable. i kept calling these people and they kept telling me that he didn't get me an approval yet which was kind of odd. so they called me one Saturday and told me to come in so i get the rest of my paperwork done they got me an approval so i get's there about 10:00 in the morning and by 7:30 pm they come at me saying that i didn't get approved for the car that i wanted unless i put 3000 more dollars down. and they already knew i didn't have the money not to mention i already gave them a my down payment of 1700 which they already had taken out of my bank. so before they even gave me an option to look at other cars they tell me to come out front and i see this dirty passat looking like something they used themselves for delivery or carry out pick ups. the car was dirty and i knew it wasn't inspected yet but they insisted that it was and they drew up a bogus inspection slip. so i was telling them that i wanted my money back and they told me that i couldn't get my money back and that they would take money off the top for driving the car that they let me drive off in i didn't ask them they offered. any way i took the car feeling defeated and not knowing my rights at the time and i left there feeling disrespected and robbed. I thought all car dealers was that way. they only want your money not your trust, but carbiz not only want your trust you want you comfortable, confident and satisfied. and that';s the feeling i got from Javier. So i tell any one thats reading this. Please if you want a car with satisfaction, confidence and honesty and trust. Go to carBiz. My son said as we was leaving the lot with our new car. if you didn't get it from CarBiz you're paying to much. had me laughing and agreeing as i was driving with ease in my new car. More

My overall experience was great. They listened to my thoughts and interests and did all they could to accommodate them. Ali was very courteous and did a great job with the numbers and found me a better thoughts and interests and did all they could to accommodate them. Myron was great with explaining the paperwork to me and giving me an overall understanding of the financial process and commitment.
