The overall experience was pretty good. The sales team and Jeff were able to get me into a nice Acura TL when no one else could and with a fantastic interest rate. There is a beginning, middle and end, I came in just to look at the inventory on the lot. Mr. Jeff Teplitsky introduced his self and I asked what interest me. This particular vehicle had everything I was looking for in a car and it definitely helps when your salesman is very knowledgeable (Beginning). Myron Boyd also extremely pleasant and a comedian which takes the stress in closing the deal (Middle). Overall, my experience with CARBIZ was positive. After doing an extensive review and search for an Acura MDX, I saw one at the Carbiz on Reisterstown Road Md. I was impressed with the cars on the lot, they were top of the line cars and seemed to be well MDX, I saw one at the Carbiz on Reisterstown Road Md. I was impressed with the cars on the lot, they were top of the line cars and seemed to be well kept. I spoke to Matt about the SUV I had researched and asked to see it. His response was prompt and friendly and I got the opportunity to test drive the Acura and I must say I was impressed with the vehicle. There were a few things that needed to be taken care of prior to me buying the SUV and Matt was on the ball with them. He called me and updated me on whatever service was being done to the vehicle in preparation for my purchase. Not once did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable with Matt calling me. He has a very gentle yet honest demeanor about him that laid to rest all the bad reviews I've read about some car salesmen. I highly recommend anyone needing to buy a car to see Matt Pollock and Myron Byod at the Carbiz on Reistertown Road. They will work with you and get the best financing that suits you. Kyle is a nice guy. He was very helpful and patient. I spent 5 hours in the store for the purchase and he was helping throughout the whole process.
