REDEMPTION! It started with an apology from Matthew (Matt) Pollock for the vehicle not being available and him offering to drive the car down to me so that I could view it. The Sales Manager Brian Schriver was also apologized for any inconvienince I was caused and assured me that this is not how Carbiz operates. The car was in terrific shape and ready for me when I arrived to test drive it. Matt was extremely calming and accomodating throughout the process. My Second Visit convinced me that this was the car I wanted and these are the kind of people I wanted to deal with. There was no pressure to buy and both Matt and Brian helped me get the terms I was looking for. To top it off the Financial Manager Myron Boyd was informed and helpful in explaining everything involved with financing the car. Once I decided what I wanted to finance the process was painless and quick. My biggest praise still lies with Matt. If not for his efforts I would've never come back. Im glad I did because I purchased a wonderful car. I highly recommend Carbiz and Matt in particular. He never made me feel pressured or unimportant. I've purchased cars from Audi, Chevy, and Acura and I can honestly say Carbiz has given me the best car buying experience so far. More

This one is a little long but worth the reading. I bought my daughter an 03 Audi TT for Christmas from CARBIZ in December of 2011 (wrote a 5 star review in January of 2012 worth reading). While I was hiding my daughter an 03 Audi TT for Christmas from CARBIZ in December of 2011 (wrote a 5 star review in January of 2012 worth reading). While I was hiding it from her waiting for Christmas I fell in love with the car and had to get one myself, which I purchased from a private seller (04 TT 52K miles in mint condition!). Long story short, hers runs perfectly and mine ended up being somewhat of a lemon (remember private seller not from CARBIZ). While purchasing my daughters car, I met the service department manager Collin who really impressed me as the real deal. He told me so much about Audis and German engineering it made my head hurt. For the record, I live about 20 miles south of Annapolis, so taking my car to CARBIZ is somewhat of an inconvenience to say the least (CARBIZ is about 50 miles away from my home). About 9 months ago, my TT began to shift funny (automatic transmission). I took my car to the local Audi dealer and then one about 25 miles away. I then took it to a local mom and pop shop with a great reputation for fixing high end cars and then to two big-name transmission companies (the best in the business). No one had a clue! They all started with the same question “is the engine light on?” and unfortunately, the answer was NO. ALL of the places that I took my car needed an error code to start the diagnosis. The car would drop out of gear shifting from second to third sometimes gliding to a stop. The car was dangerous to drive. When it finally re-engaged, the engine would thump potentially causing internal damage to the engine. I was running out of options; couldn’t drive the car, couldn’t sell or trade in the car and no one had a clue how to fix it. Then I remembered Collin at CARBIZ. I called Collin on the phone and he discussed a number of potential causes (no one else could even name one). I drove it to CARBIZ O-dark-30 on a Sunday morning when no one was on the road and left the key in the drop box. Collin viewed my car as a challenge and researched the problem. He found a series of blogs on a model of volkswagons with the identical transmission as mine that showed that the valve bodies were defective in these transmissions. There weren’t enough TTs made to have blog but he knew where to look to find the problem. He replaced the valve body in my transmission and the car runs like new. He also convinced my warrant company to pay the bill (I bought a 3 year extended warranty when I got the car because you have to be a millionaire to own an Audi with more than 50K miles). So, I went from 6 months of wasting my time with a car worth nothing to a car that runs like new with little money out of my pocket. By the way, Collin called me personally a few days after I got my car back to see how it was running. They really take pride in their work and care about your satisfaction. I challenge you to find that in any other service department in the area. CARBIZ has a state of the art facility as well as the expertise to run it. I can’t say enough about Collin and the organization in general. In a time when mechanical expertise is going by the way side and we are becoming more and more dependent on computer diagnostics, it is good to know that there are still people who understand how these complex machines work). Bottom line, I’d push my car from Davidsonville to CARBIZ to have Collin work on it. Thanks for a job well done. More

A dear friend recommended us to Carbiz. He made sure we saw Colin in Service. Colin took time to see what we wanted and then sent us to Matt. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to be sure the deal worked out for all of us. They are true gentlemen and we are truly satisfied customers. They made a very difficult task for us become manageable. The process of figuring out financing to make our end doable was not easy. At no time did the team lose patience with us. They kept trying. You can hardly ever say that dealings with car salesmen are fair and pleasant but at Carbiz, this was the case. During our visits other team members and management came by and chatted and were very welcoming in a genuine way. At the very end, Myron was the one to seal the deal and he also was so pleasant and made the process quick and easy - NOT DRAWN OUT LIKE IN OTHER PLACES.
