I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. After being referred to Carbiz (Bryan Shannon, specifically) I decided to take a look at their inventory of vehicles. After arriving to the dealership, Bryan took some information, started the financing process and lined up some cars for me to test drive. After only a couple hours at the dealership, I picked out my BMW and was on my way. The entire process was stress-free and fun! I had my first experience with Carbiz a few months ago when I needed to purchase a vehicle for my daughter who is a senior in college. We were new to the area (relocated from Syracuse) and heard about Ca when I needed to purchase a vehicle for my daughter who is a senior in college. We were new to the area (relocated from Syracuse) and heard about Carbiz through a local commercial we saw. We had a great experience with our sales person Sarah Herr. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and went the extra mile to finalize paperwork which required sending things to my daughter in Rochester, NY and visiting me at my office in Hunt Valley. We were so impressed that when my oldest son was home for the holiday break we decided to go back a purchase a vehicle for him. We worked with Sarah again as well as Myron. My son enjoyed the traditional pushing of the "Easy" button! If this experience wasn't enough, my wife and I returned a few days later and traded in our 2 vehicles and purchased two more vehicles through Sarah. All of the vehicles were in excellent condition, had low mileage and great factory warranties. We were also very happy with the trade-in value we received that made it possible.
