I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I had owed a significant amount on my trade-in, but they were able to work with my situation and keep me within my payment range! Upon searching for a new vehicle I new exactly where to go- as my husband and I have purchased 2 other vehicles from CarBiz! Needless to say, while both those experiences were well over 8 years ago- it was great to see the same staff that worked with us previously, were still there -and with the same welcoming, friendly and hospitable attitude as before. That was my experience again recently with Javier Cuellar and Myron Boyd. Proof that great customer service is the Best service all around! Javier was very cognizant of what my wants were in the vehicle I chose and more importantly - my price point. He delivered...and with the vehicle I'd inquired about. Like i said, we've bought 2 vehicles from CarBiz, so we were very familiar with Myron Boyd the Finance Manager. How many people (finance managers) do you know, would remember you, the make and model of cars you purchased over the course of 8 years- let alone 2?! Rightt!!- That's because Myron is gregarious with a very expressive personality and linguistics to match. Which simply means ....he's the type of guy you want to conversate with about the hardworking money you're now investing into your vehicle. A class act by all means! At first our we where hesitant of buying a pre-owned vehicle considering the reviews we have seen online from other customers experiences varied. My car buying experience was excellent. I was greeted warmly at the door. My sales associate (Danielle Miller) was very friendly when we met, and she afforded me the opportunity to take an pretty long t warmly at the door. Danielle was very patient while I was sorting out financing and the Financing person (Myron?) was very friendly and accommodating by allowing me to charge more than customary on a credit card for my down payment. I came in with a rental car, so had to work out the logistics of returning that car and then making my way back to pick up my new Acura. Carbiz was accommodating by having Josh follow me to the rental car facility (at BWI) and then driving me back to the dealership. More

First I will let you know that I have never in the past taken the time to write a review. This car purchase was the best experience I have ever had when buying a new or used car. I was not sure exactly what I was going to purchase but I knew I would need a second car. I found a VW passatt on-line and decided I would like to test drive it. I contacted Carbiz and Matthew Pollock promptly help me with scheduling a test drive that worked for my schedule. I found Matthew to be both knowledgable and courteous. I have always been frustrated with sales reps who don't take the time to listen and Matthew was not like the high pressure and overly aggressive sales reps that I have dealt with in the past. A few days after my test drive i contacted Matthew that I decided to go with the Passatt. He knew my time was limited at work and patiently e-mailed me and watied till I could reply with my info that was needed to secure financing. He was able to secure and excellant rate for me and made the process so easy that when I arrived at the dealership he and Myron Boyd had it all together and i was quickly able to drive off the lot. I would recommend both of Matt and Myron to all of my friends and family because of the low pressure experience they provided me. Carbiz will be my dealer of choice for any future car purchases.(BTW... I choose a 2012 VW Passatt TDI...It is a very difficult car to find on the used market. Out of the 3 comparable cars that were available in the Baltimore area Cabiz also had the best price) More

Carbiz made everything so fast and easy, they asked what payment I wanted and work endlessly to get me there. I went in and was able to drive off the lot the same day, the next day I came in to drop off my payment I wanted and work endlessly to get me there. I went in and was able to drive off the lot the same day, the next day I came in to drop off my spare key and they suprise me with a new lower payment, $50 dollars lower! Couldn't be happier with everything, I'd definitely come back for my next car and would reccomend to anyone! More
