We would like to say our Salesman, Mr. Javier Cuellar was extremely professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable regarding our purchase. He also called us at home to see if we were satisfied with our SUV and did it require any attention. My husband was pleased with his research regarding our needs and finances. He chose several vehicles he thought we might like, in our price range and the type of vehicle we were looking for. We liked all that he chose and did buy one. We will recommend any of our friends to go to Carbiz and ask for Mr. Cuellar, if they are looking for a car. If we ever decide to purchase another car, we will definitely go back to Carbiz. The Financial Manager, Mr. Myron Boyd, did an excellent job getting us financial banking for our SUV, at an extremely, reasonable interest rate. He went through all of the paper work, page by page and explained every thing before my husband signed. He answered all of our questions. He was also extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He said he remembered us when, we bought our SUV at Carbiz 5 years ago. This time, we did not have to wait 4 hours to have the paper work written up. He was fast. We were only there for about an hour. We were informed today, 12/24/1203 that our tags will be ready for pickup next week. Mr. Boyd said it would only take two weeks. Mr. Cuellar and Mr. Boyd advised us, we could take our vehicles to the service center or Chrysler if any work was needed on either car. I think we'll use Carbiz. From start to end this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time. I travelled over 80 miles to see the vehicle and was very happy with what I saw. The car was exactly what was captured on their website with the photos and description. The free Carfax and 12 month warranty showed me that they had nothing to hide, or make excuses for, and will stand behind their sale. Matt and Danielle, are very professional sales staff who will give the extra effort to satisfy what you want in a car. They stayed in contact with me the whole time and answered all my e-mails and questions promptly.
