I purchased a 2010 Jaguar XF from CarBiz two weeks ago. I noticed a day after buying that the car had problems with engine start/stop, fluids and softaware malfunctions. I wasnt impressed though, but the CEO noticed a day after buying that the car had problems with engine start/stop, fluids and softaware malfunctions. I wasnt impressed though, but the CEO, Evans Berney called me and promised that the dealership will do everything in their power to get the vehicle serviced. I took the vehicle back to the dealership, and thats when I was introduced to Mr Colins...what a guy!...and before I forget, I was given a loaner car for a week. Mr colins worked on the vehicle, and the best part is that he/dealership kept me updated on the progress of the maintenance. I went back yesterday, Dec, 12 and got the car back. Most of the issues seemed solved,and though the software malfunction seemed to be still not done, colins promised that he will get the software and give me a call so that I can take the car back. The VEHICLE IS GREAT AND i LOVE IT....THEY DID GREAT JOB SERVICING IT...AND PROMISED THAT THEY WILL BE THERE ALL THROUGH. THE CEO, MR EVANS IS A PRETTY COOL MANAGER TOO, HE CALLED ME OCCASIONALLY, ...THE SALESMAN, MR RAY ALLEN WORKED HARD TO MAKE SURE I GET A GREAT AFTER SALE SERVICE. My experience at Carbiz was nothing like my experience at CarMax. When I arrived at Carbiz I told Stuart my price range and he gave me car options that he knew would fit within that range. Even more noteworthy, when I took a look at the Cadillac (that I eventually purchased) Stuart not only told me the impressive things about the car but something that I may want to take into account such as it being a luxury car (meaning car parts may be more expensive). My experience with Carbiz was great because I didn't feel as though Stuart was trying to sell me just any car but what I actually wanted. Also, Stuart was very consistent with me. He would call and see if I had like the car CarMax had for me and he even emailed me pictures and information on the Cadillac. In addition, Russ was very helpful when it came to breaking down all the paper work so that my father and I could fully understand what we were signing. All in all, the Carbiz team made me feel very welcome and trustworthy of buying a car from the company. More

The sales representative at Carbiz, Miro Stoev, was wonderful to deal with. He was professional, friendly and very helpful during my buying experience. This dealership does not have the typical "pushy salesman" approach as other dealerships do and Carbiz offers a great selection of vehicles at a competitive price. The only downfall to Carbiz, in my opinion, is one of the customer service representatives in the Service Center. It is apparent that she needs re-training on the services provided. I called to schedule an appointment to have a windshield repaired and asked if a technician would be available to do this. She assured me that there is always a windshield technician available; however, I was informed two hours after arriving for my appointment that the technician was not on site and that she was not able to reach him. We did not go to buy a car, we wandered to the showroom from the service dept. Kyle approached us and we told him we would consider if and when we were showed in the market to buy. As it was, the news wasn't so good from the service department so we kept our word and went back to Kyle, who in turn showed my husband several choices and took him to test drive a couple. We selected the Buick Enclave and from that pint on we were treated well. Myron was very helpful, very knowledgeable about the finance end of the deal and shared with us to help us make good financial decisions. Overall, we had a very good experience and Kyle and Myron did follow-up calls. I have already shared our experience with friends and family. Yes, I would recommend CarBiz. More
