Before I came to Baltimore to stay one year from last Sep, I was trying to search several Used Car dealer at Baltimore and found the Carbiz at Baltimore got very good reviews by customers. I looked for the couple of candidate cars that I could afford at that time. When I arrived at Baltimore, I had to rent a car for more than a month until I purchased a car from Carbiz. I did quite a bit of contacts to the dozens of new car dealer shops, but the price at the end was not the ones they advertised. I was so frustrated and had to go back to think of Carbiz. I met Josh and later Brian at the shop. Josh is a very very sincere salesman whom I can talk to and discuss my future plan. He gave a clear answer why I would better buy a used car instead of a new car under my circumstance. Then everything went very smoothly to decide my choice and go through the paper works. Josh and Brian kept me feeling comfortable and relaxed during all of this process. I will strongly recommend Carbiz to my friends here. More

Needed a new car as my truck was on it's last legs. Didn't get as much in trade as I would have liked, but considering th condition of the truck it was fair. When I discovered my debit card wouldn't' allow a big enough debit to pay for the car (even though I had enough cash in the account), Matt was kind enough to drive me to the nearby Citibank to grab a cashier's check. I was in and out in about 2 hours, which is fast in my experience for a car purchase. Very happy with the new ride. Kudos to the Carbiz team! More

This past weekend we FINALLY purchased an SUV that met both mine and my husband's list of "must haves". That was no easy task but Josh Pilkington was up to the daunting challenge. We needed to make all of these things work: price, towing, sporty, reasonable mileage, good condition AND they had to make the deal work with our trade-in. We contacted Carbiz through the internet and Josh quickly responded with a contact number so we could discuss the vehicle. It was obvious over the phone that Josh was the perfect salesperson for us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in; but not pushy or overbearing (we have left dealerships more than once because we couldn't work with the sales person.) We set up a time to come and do a test drive. When we arrived, Josh was available with the vehicle clean and ready to go. Josh is a very personable, easy-going, and fun person to work with when looking at vehicles. He made the experience so much more relaxing than any other place we had been. He spent the time to get to know what our needs were with the vehicle and helped us keep focused on what might work for us. Carbiz has a number of very nice vehicles so it was hard to stay focused without his help!! We are so pleased with the new vehicle and can't say enough great things about Josh. Our experience at Carbiz Baltimore was fantastic. We came in late on a Saturday and our salesperson Ray Allen was wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful.
