Prior to visiting Carbiz I'd been in the market for an Audi Q5 for a few weeks. I must admit I absolutely loathe the car buying process, but I work hard and fair to get a deal I will be comfortable wit an Audi Q5 for a few weeks. I must admit I absolutely loathe the car buying process, but I work hard and fair to get a deal I will be comfortable with. My search included several dealerships throughout the tri-state area seeking the right deal for an Audi Q5. I must say the professionals at Carbiz was far superior to my experience with everyone else due to their honesty and willingness to consummate a deal by compromising and their professional approach respecting my time and buyers savvy. During my search, I dealt with dealerships who were unwilling to compromise or who were simply less than honest in their advertising or approach. This was not the case with Carbiz and of equal importance to me was the fact that the car was better than advertised. I've driven the car for a couple hundred miles and I remain satisfied. Although I do not plan to be in the market anytime soon I would certainly return to Carbiz and/or recommend them to a friend. True professionals selling quality cars as advertised. More

Came to the dealership from Rockville MD, to purchase a BMW 750. Had called in the morning and talked to Ray Allen who told me to just drop by the dealership. My Experience with him wasn't good. 1.0 He seemed unfriendly especially when taking me for a test drive, always complained that the management does not like test drives on rainy days. 2.0 He seemed to be in a hurry, and I was like delaying him 3.0 When I offered my purchase price, he seemed to get pissed off, he got angry and I assured him that its nothing personal, " its offer and acceptance" I have a right to quote my price. 4.0 Ray was not honest at all and I did not like it. ( wasted a lot of my time running up and down, printing papers) 5.0 He wasn't elaborate in explaining anything. 6.0 I asked for a manager, but he just run around and brought around onother sales man 7.0 Asked for the finance manager, he lied to me that he was out till Monday. 8.0 Though I purchased the car, I did not get a good customer service from the finance staff: I purchased a warranty I know nothing about since the finance staff does not provide much information. We already had approved financing but Sarah and Myron (Boyd) were able to beat our 2.99% rate and so we gladly went with their 1.99% financing. With the savings, we were able to have the new "Smart Logic", Tablet/DVD headrest entertainment package installed (recommended by Brian Schriver) in our new Range Rover...Did we already say "Awesome". My wife and I have purchased at least a dozen cars over the years but we honestly have to put this car buying experience at the top of the list.
