Sam inflated the tire and all seemed good. Sam told us to call if the light came on again. A few days later, the light came on again. As we live in PA, Sam said to take it to my local garage and if it was a simple fix, to have the work done and send him the bill. Turned out to be a staple in the tire that my guy fixed for $21, which CarBiz reimbursed us for promptly. More

I had been looking online and visiting quite a few dealerships over a two week period. Most didn't have the vehicles that were listed online as being at the dealerships. When I got there they had the vehicles that I wanted to see that were listed online. My salesman, Javier Cuellar was the greatest. From the time he introduced himself until the time I left, I finally felt that I had a salesman that put me first, over just making a sale. He showed me all the vehicles I asked about. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure. I was at ease and comfortable with Javier, making it easier for me to concentrate on purchasing a vehicle. With Javier's help, I found the vehicle I wanted and purchased a suv that night. The experience was good. Both of the sales men were attentive and nice to work with. The only problem that I have is that at least a week after I purchased the car several lights came on, including the attentive and nice to work with. I did take the car to the service department and one of the lights continue to come on. In addition, I was told by the sales person that one of the lights that is on indicates that I need air in the tires. I have put air in the tires and the indication light is still on. I am not happy about having service lights come on right after I made the purchase. More
