I could not believe that I found the perfect vehicle for me at a used car dealership not to far from my family members. I was so prepared to be disappointed when I got to Carbiz b/c of past experiences w/ other dealerships. I realized my experience @ Carbiz was going to be different from the moment I met Matt Pollock. He really listened to what I wanted & what my concerns were. He wasn't pushy, he was honest & very helpful. Unfortunately however, the day I met Matt I wasn't quite prepared to purchase my car. So the next day when I called the dealership & found out it was his day off (although he did e-mail to let me know he wasn't going to be in & I just hadn't seen it yet) I was so annoyed b/c Matt was so great I only wanted to deal w/ him....until I met Josh Pilkington. Josh was just as knowledgable, professional, kind, patient & easy going as Matt. He also listened to all my concerns & worked so hard to get me in the car that I wanted @ the price I could afford. Matt & Josh are genuinely nice people who simply know their stuff. I also had the pleasure of meeting w/ Russ Tzvetanov, who went over all the financing w/ me in extreme detail & as a bonus gave me tips on how I can quickly improve my credit, etc. I found the staff on a whole to be very friendly & professional. They have a beautiful show room & an incredible selection of cars for all budgets & they are so affordable! I am 100% satisfied w/ my car buying experience & would like to send a special thank you to Josh who went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. More
