My experience purchasing a Saab 9-3 at Carbiz was great. Dani was very courteous, efficient, and professional. At other car dealerships, that has not been the case. The staff were very transparent and honest about the whole trade-in and purchasing process. I feel that they gave me a fair trade in on my previous vehicle and a fair price on my new vehicle. Russ did a great job of walking me through the financing process and answered all of the questions/concerns that I had. He was very polite and professional. Overall, the whole Carbiz team made me feel good about my purchase. If I'm still in the Maryland area when it comes time for a new vehicle, I will definitely check out Carbiz again. Thanks. More

I recently purcharsed a vehicle from this location, and I would like to personally thank Kyle for providing my fiance and I with great service. We had been every where looking for a vehicle in our price ran would like to personally thank Kyle for providing my fiance and I with great service. We had been every where looking for a vehicle in our price range, and he suggested one that we fell in love with. Kyle informed us he was new on the job, but he was polite, friendly, and proved to be very resourceful. At the time, the infiniti we purchased wasnt avaliable on the lot. It had been sent down to the body shop for repairs. When Kyle had the vehicle brought up for us to see, I'll admit I was apprehensive, but Kyle helped us see past the repairs that needed to be done, and now that all the work has been completed, we see that we have a great car and received a good deal. Since I purchased the car, Kyle has called several times to follow up with me to let me know how the repairs were coming, and even to see how we're enjoying the car. The nex car I purchased I sure hope he's still there so he can receive credit for the sale b/c he was great!!! More

It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! I made an appointment with Sarah Herr to see several vehicles on the lot. When I arrived, I was surprised! I came to Carbiz to originally look at an Audi A4 but really had my eyes open to everything. After learning that the A4 was not an automatic transmission I kept my eyes open to other things on the lot. T really had my eyes open to everything. After learning that the A4 was not an automatic transmission I kept my eyes open to other things on the lot. The lot was filled with potential cars that I wanted to take a look at. I dealt with Sam, Ali, Josh, and Brian in my experience here and they are some of the best salesman and people that I have ever encountered in the car industry. It took me awhile to get my finances and decisions down but they were patient and never pushy, which I really liked. Other things I really found favorable about working with Carbiz were how they have a set price for each car which ends up being a serious drop underneath the Kelly Blue Book value, are family oriented, and how they present their showroom and lot. Everything seems extremely professional and easy to reach. I will/would recommend anybody that is looking for a great deal on a car to check out Carbiz.
