I enjoyed myself going to Carbiz. I thought looking for a car was going to be boring but we test drove cars all afternoon. Whenever I asked to check a car, Kyle went out and got the keys. Once I got there we were greeted by Javier and he showed us a few cars. I instantly fell in love with a silver Honda Accord 08, once I test drove it I knew that was the car for me. Once inside I met Myron, he was very friendly and constantly checked on me while I was waiting for my credit scores and everything else. Myron and Javier both offered my friend and i coffee, tea, etc to make my wait as comfortable as possible. My oversll experience was vrr pleasant and I would definitely recommend them to others. I was surrounded by beautifully maintained used cars, friendly, attentive sales and finance people...enough good reason alone to give CarBiz a great rating in my book. He was willing to go the extra mile and literally drove the prospective car with a friend of mine a couple of extra miles to my place of work during my lunch hour. I was able to check out the vehicle and then make plans to return that evening to complete the paperwork for the sale. I did appreciate the atmosphere at the dealership as everyone was helpful and mindful of their roles, especially Matt. I didn't sense any pushiness like I have at other dealers. Myron in finance was so organized that it made the paperwork seem seamless. I was quite happy I didn't have to spend the weekend looking for a new car, it was right there in front of me on a Thursday night, immaculate and ready to go. As my first time getting my car it was great. Quick as well seeing I was there before. Every one had a smile and Sarah is the greatest. Its like getting a car from a friend you never knew.
