I had been looking for a used car for a few weeks and had been disappointed after dealing with incompetent salespeople at several dealerships. I was even told 'they couldn't help me' at BMW of Towson even though I had a+ credit and they had several used cars in my price range. Then, we visited CarBiz to check out a car we saw on the Internet. We were greeted immediately by Andy Seidenman in the lot. Very friendly and helpful. Evan Berney came out to greet us as well. They asked what we were looking for and what price range. Wow! Someone was helpful for once! After doing much research and looking at cars in the lot, we narrowed it down to a few to drive. Long story short I ended up going home in a 2008 Mercedes ML350. Great deal on a great car. Andy and Evan really worked with us. They were fair and very pleasant to work with. Myron finished off the deal with all the signing and couldn't have been more professional.
