I had a good experience in with my purchase and Matt was very attentive and took care of any issue that I may have had. All I can say is WOW!!!! These guys are incredible. I started my quest with CARBIZ about a month ago utilizing their website. I began interactions with Matt and I must say that he was quite persistent in started my quest with CARBIZ about a month ago utilizing their website. I began interactions with Matt and I must say that he was quite persistent in keeping in touch with me, providing me updates, and ultimately...extending the friendliest encouragement to come in and drive the vehicle I inquired about; a 2009 Saab 97x SUV. Because of my work schedule, I had difficulty making it in, but Matt never gave up on me. Well, today; Aug 20, 2013, I had the day off and decided to go by the dealership. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman on the lot. He paged Matt and let him know that I was there. Matt was working with a customer and introduced my fiance and I to Sam. Sam was such a cool guy. Laid back, very personable, and very knowledgeable. He took us out on the test drive and let us make the choice to proceed when we returned. No pushy salesman here. After working up the numbers, it turned out that we were in the wrong vehicle. Sam went to work with the management and came back with not one, but three alternative choices. We settled on a very nice 2012 Ford Fusion SEL with all the bells and whistles. These guys went to bat for us and when all was said and done, we drove off the lot very happy and satisfied. By the way, thanks to Myron in finance for making us laugh. cool Guy. I have been to many dealerships in my lifetime. However, none more friendly and professional than these guys. I am going to recommend them to all my friends. CARBIZ IS THE BEST!!! More

I absolutely love Carbiz, and had 2 great car buying experiences with them. I purchased a Chevy impala and 8 months later wanted to trade it in and the worked with me with inequity, so I wouldn't be stu experiences with them. I set up an appt online very easily to take a test drive, and then decided on a whim to show up a few days early. I hadn't intended to but that evening but just test drive. The fact that I showed up early was not a problem, even though Danielle (the salesperson whom I was to meet at the appt) was not there. Josh took over and after a test drive and discussing the financing available (plus I double checked the competition online) it was easy to make a decision that night to buy the car. Everything went smoothly with transfers and financing thanks to Myron, and I walked out of the dealership with my new car, just about 3 hours after I walked in. Miro is the star of carbiz he is a real and genuine person. I believed that he cared about my happiness ( and not due to the commission he made from my purchase). for unforeseen reasons I became unh person. I believed that he cared about my happiness ( and not due to the commission he made from my purchase). for unforeseen reasons I became unhappy with the purchase of my vehicle and I had to bring the vehicle back and when I did I was PISSED and I took my anger out on Miro. he did not once reciprocate the tude I was giving and I'm NOT a pushover or a sucker so CAN 100% tell when someone is being fake or being nice because u showin out on their job. it was obvious that it mattered to Miro that I was an u happy camper and remember this was AFTER the sale was complete. I ended up with a better vehicle newer model, 3 year extended warrantee contract ( with NO deductible), a lower monthly payment, tags and taxes INCLUDED, AND a full tank of gas SO GO TO CARBIZ AND ASK AND WAIT IF NECESSARY FOR MIRO. I had been searching on line for an e350 coupe for about 3 weeks prior to entering the dealership and the prices were all atleast $6k higher than the price I saw online at Carbiz. I am extremely satisfied and happy to recommend everyone i know to them in the future. More
