We had a really good car buying experience at CarBiz. We initially went there because they had all three used cars we were considering. We were able to drive all three while we were there. However, I asked Sam to let us know if a deal came along. about a week and a half later, he called to let us know the price on the Ford Edge were had driven was reduced by $1000. My wife and I went back and gave it another test drive. We got a purchase order that day to take to our credit union, and came back to buy it the following Wednesday. What I liked best was that there wasn't any high pressure sales tactics. The price is the price and was below KBB. They also didn't press us to finance through them; they didn't give us a hard time about getting a quote from our credit union either. More

Carbiz did it again for me and my husband. This is my second time purchasing a car from Carbiz and the experience was GREAT! This time when I first inquired about the 2012 Chrysler 200 Limited via the internet on 07/22/13, within 5 minutes I got a phone call from Matt Pollock of the Internet Sales Dept. A few hours later my husband and I arrived at Carbiz. The internet sales team (Danielle) was very knowledgeable of the many cars on the lot. She was very professional and a people person. If she does not know the answer to a question, she will read a manual or try to get the answer. When it was time to seal the deal I had a pre-approval through Capital One but money clitches started to occur due to the misunderstanding of how the pre-approved check would work. So once again another great sales manger Brian Schriver made it happen and the montly payment was in my exact budget! To close the deal was Myron Boyd who has such an adventurous manner and humor to explaining the documents and closing up by experiencing the EASY button , I'm still laughing!! More

I recently received a promotion and my old vehicle was slowing starting for the down hill. I had made an appointment with Sarah before my arrival, and we had previously reviewed the cars available that suited my lifestyle. I arrived at Carbiz and was greeted by everyone I passed by, which made and we had previously reviewed the cars available that suited my lifestyle. I arrived at Carbiz and was greeted by everyone I passed by, which made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Sarah and I went to the lot and she already had the Honda I was interested in presented on the lot for me to look at. The car was even better in person than the pictures on the website! She was very professional, while also very genuine through the features of the car and answering any questions. There is such a selection, but I knew this was the car I was going to purchase! After reviewing my trade in value, and the financing of the vehicle.. sold! She also reviewed my current car insurance to balance my budget, and I found a better insurance rate with the coverage I had on my prior car. I was able to interact with a few other employees there, and they were all very genuinely interested in my choice of car, Dani ( Danielle Miller) was especially nice! She assured me we had made a great selection. Myron and I finished up my signing, and he made everything so EASY to understand and get signed. Overall, the dealership was clean, welcoming and the value for my car was outstanding. I was able to trade in my old car, and drive out in a low mileage, beautiful 2010 Honda Accord, within a reasonable amount of time without feeling pressured! I highly recommend Carbiz! More

The showroom is cool with all the Ravens stuff, I'm a Ravens fan, GO RAVENS !!!! The deal went smooth, as well as financing the truck, no hassles. This has been the best experience buying a SUV, for my wife and I, in years.. They have a 12 month warranty for free..., how many other dealers do that on used cars / trucks ???? They also have great deals on extended warranties, which I suggest to get, you never know... All in all, this dealer is great in all aspects of car buying...
