My initial internet dealings were with Matt Pollock and Danielle Miller. I thought that experience was great because they called me within a minute of me placing that initial inquiry. On my actually visit to the location, I was introduced to Josh Pilkington, an extremely pleasant person. He did not rush me. He listened to what I had in mind, asked if there was any other vehicle in which I might be interested. I was pretty much settles with the vehicle I ended up with, so we grab the keys and headed to the lot. We went through the entire vehicle, even under the hood. He explained all the features, took it for a test run and settled down to do some paperwork. I had come prepared, so everything was in order, making his job a bit easier. I left for about an hour and when I was back, Josh had already done all the paperwork and made sure that the car was cleaned and fueled. The only thing left was my trip to the finance manager. This was an awesome experience and I have already recommended a family member to this dealer location. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I know this is going to be a great experience because less that 24hrs after, Josh had already called to make sure that everything was going fine with my new purchase. My family and I went to Carbiz to look at a used car that they had available for purchase. Well let me start by saying that we stood there in the lobby for about 10-15 minutes before the receptionist could they had available for purchase. Well let me start by saying that we stood there in the lobby for about 10-15 minutes before the receptionist could even find some one to help us. Meanwhile, we are standing there and there are sales people buzzing around and NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING US!!! Now Raymond Allen came to help us. Raymond was courteous, friendly, and professional in our needs and wants in a vehicle. We took the vehicle for a test drive and of course like the vehicle. We had of course agreed to let them appraise our trade in while on the test drive. After the test drive, we go in to work numbers, access the trade, etc. Raymond Allen was wonderful. He tried to help us as best as he could but of course in all car sales, the Sales Manager has to get involved....This is where it gets nasty. Brian Schriver, the Sales Manager treated us terribly!! I wouldn't have treated a stranger on the street with as little respect as he treated us. In his exact words was "Well then go elsewhere!" and he pretty much pushed us out the door. He was no where near nice. Now while we were there, Ray Rice from the Baltimore Ravens showed up. I guess because Ray Rice (Baltimore Ravens) was the customer of honor that day, the rest of us wasn't worth the time or the sale. Well we realized this and went to go on our merry little way. When we got to our car (That was "appraised" while we were test driving the vehicle) we noticed that the driver's seat was ripped off it's tracks!!! So we go back in to talk to this Brian Schriver guy and he LIES to us!! LIES to us about the seat, he said that all HE did was push it up to adjust it and if fell off the tracks!! Now we all know that HE didn't appraise this vehicle...someone in his shop did and they broke the seat in my car. So he pretty much all but yanks the keys out of my boyfriends hands, rolls his eyes, sighs and stomps off. He was gone for about 10 minutes (maybe a little more) and then I see my car come racing around the building to the doors. Brian Schriver gets out of the car and loudly announced - "THERE, ALL FIXED!" Trying to make a visible and attention grabbing scene in front of Ray Rice (Baltimore Ravens). Needless to say, we got into our car and drove away!!! Feeling terribly embarrassed by his actions and behavior. While all of this was happening, Raymond Allen looked like he wanted to crawl under a rock and hide. He was clearly embarrassed by Brian Schrivers behavior! I have NEVER been treated so terribly when trying to make a car sale. So we took Mr. Schriver's advice and in fact went elsewhere. Guess what? I went to MileOne Chevrolet/Buick in Owings Mills and was treated like we were a celebrity. Would I want anyone from Carbiz to contact me in regards to this review.....NO!!! There is no reconciling the heinous behavior displayed by Brian Schriver!! Brian Schriver looked down upon us and had no regard for the fact that we had our 5 year daughter with us to contain his discontent for us. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone...I wouldn't wish that kind of treatment upon anyone!! More

I just purchased a car from Carbiz. I surprisingly had a great experience, never thought I would buy a car and go home feeling that I made the best decision. The price was good, they gave me a small discount, however, I been looking for cars for about 3 months and feel that what I paid was a fair price. There are 3 reasons why my experience was so good: 1- Their staff is really friendly and attentive (special thank you to Fred Alston, what a nice guy)!!!. 2- They try to make the process "less" painful .. It tales a long time to buy a car after you choose the car you want, and I think those guys realize that making the process faster make the client happier. 3- They buy cars in great shape! I just bought mine, hope it keeps driving as nice as it looks, it looks great and I happy with my choice...first time I can say 1 hour after leaving a car dealer!!!! If you go there look for Fred, the manager Russ is also a very nice guy. At the end you will laugh with Myron. More

He never took more than 5 minutes to return calls or emails, and was very clear about the entire process of purchasing at Carbiz (quite different from other used car dealers).
