As a resolute of being in Johns Hopkins environment for so many years I prefer to deal with customer friendly companies. After checking your inventory online I decided to stop into the dealership. I was greeted by a Javier Cuellar who answered all of my question. Mr Cuellar gave me his card and the customer serves that he provide was just what I was looking for. We were in contact by email and by phone. When I returned the next day Mr Cuellar was with another customer, instead of keeping me waiting he sent Stuart Cushing to help me out. Within 5 hour I was on my way with a new vehicle and both of the guys Mr Cushing and Mr Cuellar worked together on my behalf. Now I will be sending all of my friends and family to Carbiz. Finding a descent used car in the MD VA DC is not an easy thing to do. There are tons of dealerships and chop shops ready to sell and tell you just about anything to get you to sign that check! When I first stumbled on the Carbiz website, my hopes were not very high, "just another dealer!", I was very wrong. For starters, their site: It is great! Tons of pictures available for all their cars, in great quality too, along with this, a formidable amount of details about the vehicle's history, options and characters. A big plus! Another thing that finally got me to get over to their lot is their great selection. I was in the market for a high end sports sedan (preferably German) and it was hard to figure out which one to check out because there were just so many! When I arrived I was greeted by Martin. Very friendly guy, and extremely knowledgeable on the products he was selling, even though they have 15+ brands to keep track of! He was very courteous and listened carefully to all the details about what kind of vehicle I wanted. No pressure whatsoever! That needs to be underscored. I had my eye on a 2008 Audi A4 3.2 S-line, which was just absolutely terrific. Clean and mechanically sound. He offered a test drive on some great roads around the area. We had a great chat in the car, it felt like I was on a drive with a friend more than anything else! I ended up buying it! The process was quick and easy, which brings me to Myron! Myron is the finance manager that took care of getting me in the Audi. He was extremely nice and clear about all the options and facts that needed to be known about the financing. He put a lot of emphasis on the side products that the dealership provided, notably the 1 year 14,500mi warranty! I don't know of any other place that offers that kind of assurance! Both Martin and Myron really insisted and insisted again that if there was anything I needed, I call them right away. I couldn’t have had better service, thanks to them! I really need to outline how professional and reassuring Carbiz is. Their installations are brand new, their service center state of the art. Colin who manages the service center is terrific about explaining any service that needs to be done on the vehicle, and is just a very nice guy as well! And all of this really showed: A day after getting the Audi I noticed some vibrations at high speeds, turns out 3 of the 4 rims were slightly bent, they took it in, a repaired it all in ONE day, all on their dime!! They even gave me a car to drive during the repairs, all completely free of charge! Extremely impressive! The way I was kept in the loop also needs to be noted. I was getting emails or calls every few hours to let me know how the repairs were progressing, it was very reassuring. Everything about my experience there was positive; I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. I have told many of my friends and co-workers about the great service and deals there, and I'm sure they will be considering it strongly next time they buy a car. Don't bother going anywhere else, just head on over to their lot! More

When I entered the salesroom I was approach by several freindly employees. I was undecided on what type of car I wanted but it had to be in a certain price and year. The employees Andrew, Josh and Matthew worked hard to find me hte right car in the right price range and in my favorite color. Would like to have an owners manual but I did not ask, but found one online. Overall service was great. Plus, Let's not forget Byron, he also was professional, pleaseant and explained in detail the finance part. More

I came to trade in/upgrade an older model vehicle I had. The vehicle I requested was brought to me & I was able to do a test drive. Loan / paperwork was in process during the test drive. My experience at Carbiz far exceeded my expectations. I was on the market to get a new Lexus since my last car got totaled. I knew the quality of the vehicle and new I could get a reliable used one. What should be interesting to know is I actually went to a Lexus dealership first. But when I got there, I was unimpressed by their used vehicle stock and their slacking customer service. When I went to Carbiz, there were no pushy salespeople looking to make a quick sale. In fact I looked around for awhile without being pressured and when I was ready for service, I was greeted very quickly and warmly by Fred Alston. He by far was great to work with and very patient - especially considering I am a picky shopper! I checked out a couple of vehicles that I researched on their online inventory. The one car I was interested in, they just got in and Fred quickly got it for me and we went on test drives. Even though I was not ready to purchase, he gave me undivided attention and answered all my questions - no pressure. When I came back to purchase, I was allowed to inspect the vehicle thoroughly without being bothered. I still wanted to be sure about the purchase and Fred said it was no problem to have the car inspected by my mechanic. Which they drove personally over to his shop - as promised and on time!! The purchase process was also seamless. The paperwork was not extensive and was easy to understand. Throughout the whole process (and their patience with me), Fred was very nice, accomodating, and honest. In fact, the entire staff were always nice when I came in. The process to complete the sale with Myron was also easy and not intimidating. He was very nice and explained all the information to me with no problems. There were other items that I needed to complete the process and all throughout, Fred made sure to get all the items I needed and continuously kept me up to date. Carbiz by far was a great car dealer to work with. I will definitely work with them and Fred hopefully again for my next purchase! More
